To adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2027-2032 inclusive.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2027 to 2032, inclusive, totaling twenty-one billion, five hundred twenty-one million, one hundred ninety-seven thousand dollars ($21,521,197,000) in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
