The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution that would allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell several properties on North 16th Street. This would affect the owners or potential buyers of these properties, as well as the surrounding community. The sale would follow the rules outlined in The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1601, 1605, 1616, 1618, 1620 N. 16th Street located in the 5th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
