The Philadelphia City Council is considering a resolution to allow the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell six properties in the 2nd Councilmanic District. Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1212 South 17th Street; 1511 South 20th Street; 1904 South 23rd Street; 1216 South 31st Street; 1911 Gerritt Street; 1932 and 2044 Titan Street located in the 2nd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
