I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled:

RESOLUTION

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 45 and 75 E.
