April 22, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Extending approval of the 2025-2026 Housing Opportunities Made Easy (H.O.M.E.) Program Annual Program Statement and Budget, which addresses expenditures by various agencies in the first year of the H.O.M.E. Program, to constitute approval of spending in Fiscal Year 2027, pursuant to that same Program Statement and Budget. This Resolution has my approval and therefore I respectfully request that this Honorable Body give it your favorable consideration. Respectfully, Cherelle L. Parker Mayor
