THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 14-524. /FDO, Fourth District Overlay District.

Applicability.

(f) Queen Lane Raw Water Pump Station Area

All lots in the SP-PO-A, Special Purpose Open Area zoning district within the area bounded by Ridge Avenue, Calumet Street, the Schuylkill River, and the Wissahickon Creek.

(7) Queen Lane Raw Water Pump Station Area

Within the SP-PO-A zoning district, in addition to uses either allowed or allowed with a special exception, Basic Utilities and Services shall be allowed.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
