May 13, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am submitting herewith for the consideration of your Honorable Body the following proposed Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE Approving the Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works, including the supplying of funds in connection therewith, and acknowledging receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2028 through 2032, all under certain terms and conditions.
