The city is considering a resolution to transfer ownership of a property at 1718-26 N. 52nd Street to the Philadelphia Land Bank. This transfer is required by the Commonwealth Land Bank Act and is being done through the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. The property is located in the 4th Councilmanic District.

May 26, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Land Bank a deed conveying title to 1718-26 N. 52nd Street, located in the 4th Councilmanic District, pursuant to the requirements of the Commonwealth Land Bank Act. This Resolution has my approval and therefore I respectfully request that this Honorable Body give it your favorable consideration. Respectfully, Cherelle L. Parker Mayor
