THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 10-700 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 10-719. Penalties.

(6) The penalty for a violation of Section 10-722 shall be

as follows:

(a) For a Licensee,

a fine of at least three hundred dollars ($300) and no more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for each violation.

(b) For a Provider, a fine of three hundred dollars ($300) for the first offense, five hundred dollars ($500) for the second offense, one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the third offense, and two thousand dollars ($2,000) for all subsequent violations.

(c)

A violation shall subject the violator to such equitable remedy as the Court may deem proper, including, without limitation, an order to remove or clean a dumpster.
