THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS

CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS

§ 9-208. Sidewalk Cafés.

(2) Location. Notwithstanding any provision of Section 9-205, a sidewalk café may be maintained * * * (xxxvi) within the geographic boundaries of the East Falls Neighborhood Commercial Area Overlay District, as defined in subsection 14-503(2); [and] (xxxvii)

on 54th street, both sides, from City avenue to Overbrook avenue; and (xxxviii)

within the geographic boundaries of the following Special Services and Business Improvement Districts:

(a) Manayunk Special Services District;

subject to license approval and provided that the conditions of this Section are complied with.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
