WHEREAS, Mayor Cherelle L. Parker has appointed Monique Myatt Galloway, Esq., as the City Solicitor; and

WHEREAS, Section 3-203 of the Home Rule Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council to confirm the appointment of the City Solicitor; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, Hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of Monique Myatt Galloway, Esq., as the City Solicitor.
