This enacted measure regulates motorcycle parking in metered spaces on streets in two designated areas of Center City. Motorcycles may not share a metered space with another motorcycle or vehicle and must be parked parallel to the curb, within specified distances; violations carry a $50 civil penalty, plus applicable costs and fees.

Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by adding provisions regulating the parking of motorcycles at metered parking spaces within certain portions of the area generally bounded by Front street, Pine street, Eleventh street and Bainbridge street, and by providing civil penalties for violations of such provisions to be imposed pursuant to Chapter 12-2800, entitled "Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations," all under certain terms and conditions.
