This enacted ordinance authorizes Anthony Lucidoni, the owner of 39 Oregon Avenue, to place a four-table sidewalk café, awning, electric sign, and seasonal enclosure over the north sidewalk next to the property. The authorization requires permits and approvals, a city agreement, a bond and insurance, payment of $200 toward city costs, and removal of the structures within 60 days if the City gives lawful notice; it expires if the agreement requirements are not met within one year.

Authorizing Anthony Lucidoni, owner of the property 39 Oregon avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148, to construct and maintain a sidewalk café, awning, electric sign and seasonal enclosure onto and over the north footway of Oregon avenue adjacent to the property 39 Oregon avenue; all under certain terms and conditions.
