Amending Chapter 9-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Commercial Activities on Streets," by adding a new section regulating the location, size, operation and maintenance of newsstands on the public sidewalk, and by making conforming amendments to other sections of the Chapter, all under certain terms and conditions.
