This enacted ordinance authorizes Gino DeJesse, owner of 1824 East Passyunk Avenue, to build and maintain a fenced dumpster area on the Thirteenth Street footway and an electrified vestibule on the Passyunk Avenue footway next to the property. The encroachments must leave about eight feet of unobstructed sidewalk, and the owner must obtain required approvals, provide a bond and insurance, and remove them within 60 days if properly notified by the City.

Authorizing Gino DeJesse, owner of the property 1824 East Passyunk avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19147, to construct and maintain various encroachments onto and over the east footway of Thirteenth street and the north footway of Passyunk avenue adjacent to the property 1824 East Passyunk avenue; all under certain terms and conditions.
