This enacted ordinance amended a 1998 ordinance concerning the vacation of legally opened portions of Belgrade Street between Butler Street and Castor Avenue. It extended the deadline for meeting that ordinance’s conditions to December 31, 2000 and required $200 to be paid into the City Treasury within 60 days after the ordinance became law.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980547) approved December 15, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 187 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally opened portions of Belgrade street from Butler street to Castor avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
