This enacted ordinance grants the National Railroad Passenger Corporation permission to construct, use, and maintain underground electrical, communications, sewer, water, and fire-service facilities within and across Delaware Avenue between Wheatsheaf Lane and Lewis Street. The work must follow Philadelphia regulations, obtain required permits and approvals, and be covered by an agreement with the City that includes insurance, bonding, maintenance, and removal requirements.

Granting permission to National Railroad Passenger Corporation, 60 Massachusetts Avenue, Washington, D.C. 20002, to construct, use and maintain various underground facilities within, under and across Delaware avenue between Wheatsheaf lane and Lewis street; all under certain terms and conditions.
