This enacted change to Philadelphia’s Traffic Code gives vehicles transporting physically disabled people or severely disabled veterans with the required plates or placards 60 minutes beyond posted parking limits without meter fees, while wheelchair-accessible vans may park without time or meter-fee limits where parking is allowed. It also requires one reserved accessible parking space on each side of each metered hundred block, allows violators to be towed or booted, and sets a $300 penalty for illegally parking in those spaces.

Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by amending the provisions relating to parking by physically handicapped persons and disabled and severely disabled veterans.
