The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that place portions of Gaskill Street and Philip Street on the official plan. The property owner or other party involved must meet conditions including dedicating the street beds to the City at no cost and free of encumbrances, releasing and protecting the City from related claims, and paying the cost of advertising the required public hearing.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by placing on the City Plan Gaskill street and Philip street, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Gaskill street and Philip street.
