This enacted ordinance places a section of Gina Street, running from Verree Road toward a dead-end turnaround near Welsh Road, on Philadelphia’s official City Plan. The change requires the involved property owner or owners to dedicate the street bed to the City at no cost and meet other conditions, including agreements protecting the City from related claims and payment of certain costs.

Authorizing and directing the placing on City Plan No. 396 of Gina street from Verree road at a point approximately four hundred forty-six (446) feet northeast of Welsh road and extending in a northwestwardly direction the approximate distance of three hundred fifty-nine (359) feet to a dead-end turnaround, under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of Gina street.
