This enacted ordinance authorizes Keystone Properties, LP, the owner of Gallery II at 1001 Market Street, to construct and maintain a sign, two flagpoles with flags, and four window canopies extending over the north sidewalk of the 1000 block of Market Street. The company must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, carry insurance, provide a bond, and remove the encroachments if lawfully required or when they are no longer used for the authorized purpose.

Authorizing Keystone Properties, LP, to construct and maintain various encroachments above and over the north footway of the 1000 block of Market street adjacent to the Gallery II, all under certain terms and conditions.
