This enacted bill authorizes changes to the official street plan for Erie Avenue between Second Street and Sedgley Avenue. It moves sections of the avenue’s north and south curb lines to change the roadway alignment, including at the intersections with Second Street and Sedgley Avenue.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 157, 158 and 226 by relocating the southerly curb line of Erie avenue between Second street and Sedgley avenue, relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Erie avenue at the southeast corner of Second street and Erie avenue, and relocating a portion of the northerly curb line of Erie avenue at the northeast corner of Second street and Erie avenue.
