This enacted ordinance amended a 1999 authorization to abandon a former Annin Street right-of-way for gas-main and public-utility purposes. It extended the deadline for meeting the authorization’s conditions to July 1, 2001 and required $200 to be paid into the City Treasury within 60 days after the ordinance became law.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990366) approved July 1, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 17-S and abandoning of a certain right-of-way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of former Annin street extending from a fifty (50) feet wide right-of-way (former Twenty-eighth street) to Twenty-ninth street; under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
