Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990368) approved July 1, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 266 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Jefferson street from Fiftieth street to a dead end turnaround northwestwardly therefrom and striking from the City Plan and abandoning a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
