The enacted measure amends Philadelphia’s Traffic Code to allow vehicles parked illegally on sidewalks to be towed to the nearest official towing station or immobilized for up to 72 hours and then towed if not reclaimed. It applies to vehicles parked on sidewalks in violation of the city’s traffic rules.
