This enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s zoning code to expand the area covered by the East Falls Special District Controls. The controls apply to specified commercially zoned properties near streets including Ridge Avenue, Cresson Street, Calumet Street, and the Schuylkill River, as well as commercially zoned properties fronting Ridge Avenue between the Roosevelt Boulevard Extension and Scotts Lane.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "Zoning and Planning," by amending Chapter 14-1600, entitled "Miscellaneous," by amending Section 14-1616, entitled "East Falls Special District Controls," by expanding the area subject to the controls, under certain terms and conditions.
