This enacted ordinance authorizes Jean Tini, owner of 2401 Snyder Avenue, to construct and maintain a one-story building addition that would extend about six feet into and over approximately 42 square feet of the unimproved McKean Parkway right-of-way. The authorization requires permits and approvals, an agreement with the City, a bond and insurance, and removal of the addition within 60 days if the City lawfully gives notice; it expires if the requirements are not completed within one year.
