Enacted legislation authorizes the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to apply for and enter into agreements for at least $170 million in Pennsylvania redevelopment grants to partially fund a professional baseball stadium and a professional football stadium and training facility in Philadelphia. It also commits the City or designated project recipients to cover project costs above the grant amount and reimburse the Commonwealth for ineligible expenses or projects that are not completed as required.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development to file an application and enter into a grant agreement with the Office of the Budget, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Capital Redevelopment Assistance Program to provide partial funding to assist in the development of a professional baseball stadium and a professional football stadium and training facility in the City of Philadelphia ("City"); and making certain related assurances.
