This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire a roughly 12.7-acre parcel and its improvements at the northeast corner of Pattison Avenue and Tenth Street. The City may pursue the purchase through negotiations or condemnation, and the City Solicitor may prepare and approve the documents needed for the acquisition.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire by amicable negotiations or by condemnation, fee simple title to a certain parcel of real estate with the improvements situated thereon (and any covenants, restrictions, easements and other matters that burden said parcel of real estate and/or the improvements thereon) located on the northeast corner of Pattison avenue and Tenth street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
