This enacted ordinance authorizes Raul Cabrera, the owner of 162 West Wishart Street, to build and maintain a one-story garage extension and roller door projection over part of the east footway of Mascher Street. The extension must leave about 6 feet 6 inches of clear footway, and Cabrera must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, carry insurance, and remove the structure within 60 days if lawfully ordered by the City.

Authorizing Raul Cabrera, owner of the property located at 162 West Wishart street, Philadelphia, PA, 19133, to construct, use and maintain a one (1) story garage extension on and over the east footway of Mascher street adjacent to the property 162 West Wishart street; all under certain terms and conditions.
