Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990373) approved July 1, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 207 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Thirteenth street from Wagner street southwardly to a SEPTA right-of-way and by striking from the City Plan Duncannon avenue from Wagner street to Thirteenth street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
