This enacted ordinance authorizes Neil Stein, doing business as Meal Ticket and tenant of 260 South Broad Street, to construct and maintain signs, awnings, heaters, planters, service counters, and related fixtures in and above the sidewalks along Broad and Spruce Streets next to the Avenue B Restaurant. The authorization requires permits and approvals, an agreement with the City, insurance and a bond, and compliance with specified conditions, including removing the encroachments if the City lawfully requires it.

Authorizing Neil Stein, d/b/a Meal Ticket, owner of the Avenue B Restaurant, tenant of the property located at 260 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102, to construct and maintain various encroachments in, on, over and under the west footway of Broad street and the north footway of Spruce street adjacent to the property 260 South Broad street, all under certain terms and conditions.
