This enacted ordinance revises the City Plan by vacating Tenth Street from Pattison Avenue to a point about 846 feet north and adding Hartranft Street between Darien Street and Tenth Street at that location. It directs the Department of Streets to record Hartranft Street as open, subject to confirmation by the Board of Surveyors.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 44-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Tenth street from Pattison avenue to a point approximately eight hundred forty-six (846) feet northwardly therefrom, and by placing on the City Plan Hartranft street, at a point approximately eight hundred forty-six (846) feet northwardly from Pattison avenue, extending from Tenth street to Darien street, under certain terms and conditions.
