The enacted ordinance grants Amerimar Net-Works Management Co., Inc., and its successors permission to construct, operate, maintain, replace, and remove a 24-duct telecommunications ductbank beneath specified public rights-of-way and streets near Spring Garden, Callowhill, and surrounding streets. The permission is subject to City approval, permits, an agreement with the City, insurance and fees, requirements to relocate or restore streets when needed, and reserving two ducts in each route for City use.

Granting permission to Amerimar Net-Works Management Co., Inc., its successors and assigns to construct, maintain and operate, replace, and remove a ductbank of twenty-four (24) four inch (4") diameter ducts for certain telecommunications uses under and in the public rights-of-way and City streets; all under certain terms and conditions.
