The enacted ordinance approves Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2001 capital program with authorization of up to $58.417 million and rejects the agency’s capital budget forecast for Fiscal Years 2002 through 2006. It also authorizes $67.401 million in Fiscal Year 2001 spending and reserves $5.293 million for Fiscal Year 2002 and $520,000 for Fiscal Year 2003.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2001 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works, including the supplying of funds to be obtained in connection therewith, and rejecting the Forecast for Fiscal Years 2002 through 2006.
