This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying, offering, or selling goods, or leaving sales stands, on specified sections of North Front Street, North Frankford Avenue, and Palmer Street. The restrictions cover the 1600–1900 blocks of North Front Street, the 1700 block of North Frankford Avenue, and Palmer Street between Front Street and Frankford Avenue.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting sidewalk sales on portions of Front street, Frankford avenue, and Palmer street.
