The enacted ordinance authorizes City officials to amend leases and access agreements and enter related agreements with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development and other parties to complete two airport terminals and other improvements at Philadelphia International Airport. It also permits agreements supporting airport revenue bonds and payment of related project costs from the Aviation Fund.

Authorizing the Director of Commerce, Director of Aviation and other officials of the City to enter into certain lease amendments, amended agreements or other agreements with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID"), and other parties, necessary to permit the completion of two airport terminals and other airport improvements.
