This enacted ordinance permits Nathan Ross and Samuel Lynagh, owners of New Wave Café at 782-784 South Third Street, to operate a sidewalk café with four tables on the west side of the street. The café must leave about eight feet of unobstructed sidewalk and the owners must obtain required permits, insurance, and other approvals and follow conditions set by the City.

Granting permission to Nathan Ross and Samuel Lynagh, owners of New Wave Café, located at 782-784 South Third street, to operate and maintain an open air sidewalk cafe on the west footway of South Third street adjacent to 782-784 South Third street, under certain terms and conditions.
