This enacted ordinance amended the 1999 authorization for Filbert Street Associates, L.P. to construct, own, and maintain a bridge over Cuthbert Street between 12th and 13th Streets. It extended until December 31, 2001, the deadline for the company to enter into the required agreement and meet the listed conditions, and required a $200 payment to the City Treasury within 60 days after the ordinance became law.

Amending Section 4 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990766) approved December 30, 1999, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Filbert Street Associates, L.P. 150 North Broad street, Philadelphia, PA 19102-1424, owner of the property bounded by Twelfth street, Thirteenth street, Filbert street and Cuthbert street, to construct, own and maintain a bridge over Cuthbert street between Twelfth street and Thirteenth street, under certain terms and conditions;" by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
