This enacted ordinance adds rules for handling waste from construction and demolition. Before work begins, construction documents must identify where waste will be disposed; waste generally must be removed through approved chutes, dusty materials must be wet down, and the responsible person must submit disposal records to the Department within seven days after disposal for permitted demolition projects.

Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ("The Philadelphia Building and Construction Occupancy Code") by amending Section B-3302.0 entitled "Construction Documents and Special Permits" by adding provisions for the dumping of waste materials, all under certain terms and conditions.
