This enacted ordinance authorizes Brinker International, doing business as Maggiano’s, to build and maintain a canopy, revolving door, lights, awnings, and a removable railing extending onto or over the sidewalks along Filbert and Twelfth Streets at 1201–1239 Filbert Street. The authorization is subject to required permits, a City agreement, insurance and bonding, and removal of the encroachments within 60 days if the City lawfully requires it.

Authorizing Brinker International, Inc., d/b/a Maggiano's, a tenant of the property 1201-1239 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, to construct and maintain various encroachments projecting onto and over the north footway of Filbert street and the west footway of Twelfth street, all under certain terms and conditions.
