This enacted bill changes the two-hour parking restriction on the south side of Pine Street between 42nd and 43rd Streets. The restriction now applies from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, replacing the previous schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
