This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan by vacating portions of Latimer Street and Schell Street and adding a relocated section of Latimer Street between Darien Street and Schell Street. The property owner or owners involved must meet conditions including dedicating the relocated street bed to the City, covering required changes to sidewalks, curbs, paving, and utility infrastructure, and paying related costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Latimer street from Darien street to Schell street, by striking from the City Plan and vacating Schell street from Latimer street to a point approximately thirty-nine (39) feet southwardly therefrom, and by placing on the City Plan a relocated Latimer street from Darien street to Schell street, under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of any encumbrances of the bed of relocated Latimer street.
