The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the City Plan by moving part of the south curb line of Arch Street northward—up to eight feet in the specified section near Sixteenth Street. Property owners affected by the change must provide agreements protecting the City from claims, pay related costs, and arrange and bond for any needed changes to sidewalks, paving, water pipes, hydrants, sewers, and other city infrastructure.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by relocating a portion of the southerly curb line of Arch street between Sixteenth street and Seventeenth street, under certain terms and conditions.
