The ordinance grants Sunesys Inc. and its successors permission to build, operate, maintain, replace, and remove a telecommunications system in specified Philadelphia streets, public rights-of-way, the Frankford Creek Channel, and on certain utility poles, subject to required approvals and property-owner consent. Sunesys must meet conditions including obtaining permits, paying applicable fees, carrying insurance, posting a bond, and relocating or removing its facilities when required for public projects or when they are no longer used.

Granting permission to Sunesys Inc., its successors and assigns to construct, maintain and operate, replace, and remove a telecommunications system along, over, in and under the public rights-of-way and City streets, or on facilities of other entities holding a grant pursuant to other City ordinances, subject to such owner's consent; all under certain terms and conditions.
