The enacted ordinance authorizes Parkway Corporation to construct and maintain two electrified marquees with illuminated hanging signs extending over the north sidewalk of Spruce Street and the west sidewalk of Fifteenth Street at its properties on Spruce and Latimer Streets. The authorization is subject to required permits and approvals, a City agreement, insurance and bonding requirements, limits on the structures’ dimensions, and removal within 60 days if the City provides lawful notice.

Authorizing the Parkway Corporation, owner of the properties 1501-1509 Spruce street and 1506-1508 Latimer street Philadelphia, PA 19102, to construct and maintain two electrified marquees with illuminated hanging signs attached to the properties and projecting over the north footway of Spruce street and the west footway of Fifteenth street, under certain terms and conditions.
