This enacted ordinance authorizes SAS-1600 Arch Streets, L.P., the owner of 1600 Arch Street, to install, own, and maintain underground electrical conduit, 16 pedestrian light poles with floodlights, and seven ground lights in the public footways around Arch, Sixteenth, and Cuthbert Streets. The company must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, provide insurance and a bond, and remove or relocate the facilities if the City gives lawful notice or the facilities are no longer used for the authorized purpose.

Authorizing SAS-1600 Arch Streets, L.P., owner of the property 1600 Arch street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, to construct, own and maintain underground conduit, various pedestrian light poles with attached floodlight fixtures, and various ground light fixtures in and on the south footway of Arch street, the west footway of Sixteenth street and the north footway of Cuthbert street adjacent to the building 1600 Arch street, all under certain terms and conditions.
