This enacted bill requires public parking garages and public parking lots to post signs at each entrance showing the accepted payment methods, including whether they accept only cash. The signs must also include other information at public garage entrances, such as parking rates, hours of operation, and attendant hours.

Amending Section 9-601, entitled "Garages, Parking Lots, Sales Lots and Sales Showrooms," of The Philadelphia Code to provide for the posting of signs listing the accepted methods of payment of parking fees at public parking garage and public parking lot entrances, under certain terms and conditions.
