The enacted ordinance authorizes Richard Ley to install, own, and maintain a private utility pole, electrical equipment, and overhead wire along the south footway of the 3800 block of Powelton Avenue to provide electricity to his vendor truck. He must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, provide insurance and a bond, and remove the equipment when required or when it is no longer used for the authorized purpose.

Authorizing Richard Ley to construct, own and maintain a private pole, electrical appurtenances and aerial wire over, on and under the south footway of the 3800 block of Powelton avenue for supplying electric service to his vendor truck, all under certain terms and conditions.
