This enacted ordinance grants Sunesys Inc., its successors, and assigns permission to build, operate, maintain, replace, and remove a telecommunications system along specified Philadelphia streets and other rights-of-way, including some private property, existing utility poles, and underground conduits. The work is subject to property-owner consent, City approvals and permits, construction and insurance requirements, fees, and relocation obligations; the ordinance does not authorize Sunesys to provide cable service to Philadelphia subscribers.

Granting permission to Sunesys Inc., its successors and assigns to construct, maintain and operate, replace, and remove a telecommunications system along, over, in and under the public rights-of-way, City streets and private property subject to permission of the property owner, or attached to or within facilities of other entities holding a grant pursuant to other City ordinances, subject to such owner's consent; all under certain terms and conditions.
